WOW 5.00.12 R2 Software

The package includes WOW 5.00.12 R2 software supplied via download.

Software is supplied electronically rather than on DVD. Many modern laptops no longer include optical drives, and providing the software via download makes installation considerably more convenient.

Windows Compatibility

The WOW diagnostic software is designed for use on Windows PCs and laptops.

Automotive diagnostic software is one area where an older dedicated Windows laptop can actually be an advantage. Many diagnostic programs, drivers and vehicle interfaces were originally developed around earlier Windows operating systems, which is why professional workshops often retain dedicated diagnostic laptops rather than replacing them simply because a newer Windows version is available.

For the best results, we recommend using a dedicated Windows diagnostic laptop where possible.
